1. General Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the SolidPanel (the “Platform”, “we”) website and services. By registering on the Platform or using its services, you (the “User”) confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

* Platform — the SolidPanel website and related services.
* User — an individual who has registered on the Platform.
* Account — the User’s personal profile on the Platform.
* Survey — a research questionnaire that the User completes on the Platform.
* Points — a virtual value unit that the User earns for activities on the Platform.
* Reward — a cash payout, gift card, or other value that the User can receive in exchange for Points.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Platform’s services, the User must register and create an Account. By registering, the User confirms that:

* is at least 16 years old;
* is a resident of Estonia, Latvia or another European Union member state;
* the information provided is true, accurate, and up to date;
* registers only one Account per person.

Users are responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Any suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately.

4. Service Description

SolidPanel is an online survey platform that offers Users the opportunity to:

* Complete surveys and take part in market research;
* Earn Points for activities on the Platform;
* Redeem Points for Rewards (gift cards);
* Receive notifications about new surveys and offers.

5. Points and Rewards System

Points are awarded for surveys the User completes on the Platform. Each survey shows the number of points available. If the respondent does not qualify for a survey, the minimum number of points (1) will be awarded.

Important rules:

* Points can be redeemed for a Reward once the minimum threshold of 350 points is reached.
* Points have no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be sold or transferred to third parties.
* Reward payouts may take up to 10 business days.
* We reserve the right to cancel Points earned through fraudulent activity or in violation of the Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

* Provide truthful and honest answers in surveys;
* Do not use automated tools (bots, scripts) when using the Platform;
* Do not register multiple Accounts for one person;
* Do not disclose survey content to third parties if it is confidential;
* Do not violate the rights of other Users or third parties;
* Do not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Strictly prohibited:

* provide false or intentionally misleading information;
* attempt to bypass security mechanisms or hack the Platform;
* use a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location;
* share your Account login details with other people;
* post illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content on the Platform.

In such cases, the Account may be immediately suspended and the Points voided, without reimbursement of their value.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close the User Account at any time if:

* The user has violated these Terms;
* Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.

The user may close their Account at any time by submitting a request in the Contact section. After the Account is closed, any unused Points will be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform—including text, software, and databases—is the property of SolidPanel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the Platform content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for:

* technical malfunctions, interruptions, or data loss;
* actions or services provided by third parties (e.g., gift card issuers);
* indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes by email or via a notification on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after the changes take effect, the User confirms acceptance of the updated version.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and their interpretation are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Platform will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be settled in the competent court of the Republic of Latvia.
